I am 18years old.The gum(center fresh) is gone to my mouth.what is happen or any harm to my life ?What i do for removing the gum ?

Is this condition dangerous...is it CURABLE What kind of diet or medicines to be taken to prevent it...once it is cured is there any chances of reoccuring
