How to i can free from this constipation i always feeel unfree nd now i m too much wrry my weight is increasing how cn i free frm this constipation

I have been having stomach pain for long time if I eat spicy food. I cannot handle spicy food now however in the past I had no such problem. I usually have mild stomach pain and not severe.

I have been having severe stomach discomfort for the last one month. I have consulted with a doctor and he prescribed Omez tablet for 15 days and Mucaine syrup for one week. The day after completing this medication, the problem again appeared and then I consulted with another doctor and he prescribed the tablet Pentadoc for another 15 days. Now also I am not feeling better and I have to eat something always to get some relief. May I know the actual reason for this stomach discomfort and could please suggest a better remedy for that?

Dear Sir, My son is 05 months old. He is on exclusive breastfeeding. He passed stool watery type each day yellowish coloured. But today he passed two times green coloured.
