Scanning said that no collection from inside the abdomen. Normal BP. Didn't had any wound on /in belly. Blood came automatically from belly button.

Hello.. Well it's quite possible that there bleeding is due to external trauma too..we need to examine you and then come to a conclusion of what it is... please meet a doctor in person and get examined...hope you understand...thank you
