Wht to do in emergency which medicine prefer can u let me know i took one panta pkus dom onecaps and diclo plus para tab one taken afternoon

I have been vomiting blood for the past two days. I have ulcerative colitis for the past six years..

From the past 2 3 years I have a problem of worms in my stool. After taking medicine from chemist the problem solved but after a month or 2 the problem start again. Last time I had ultrasound of my stomach and liver but nothing appeared and everything seems normal. After 4months again I've worm in my stool and this it was 1 foot long. I don't know what diagnose and medication I should take.

Pain in stomach 5 days, already seen gp gave mebeverine no help as yet 3 days on, it's on left side burns and cramps when I eat also during the night
