I have to go to the bathroom just after eating something.I feel weak and body pains... ALSO I have been diagnosed with Hepatitis B.

I have high alkaline phosphatase in my lft blood test.. Its value 133.8 U/L.. And its normal value is 38.0 - 94.0

Excess need to sleep from 4 days,reduced appetite,pain in stomach after eating,reduced concentration,mood swings,headaches,digestion slow down,gastric problems,extreme tiredness,body pain,restlessness, anxiety, dizziness, blurred vision,feel like vomiting,pain in joints.CONSTANT PAIN WHILE URINATING AND CONSTANT PAIN IN LOWER BACK AND ON SIDES

I am suffering from portal vein thrombosis from 27 years. I had underwent chronic IVC obstruction jejunal resection gangreen in 1992. Also in July 2015 I underwent gallbladder removal and hernia repair surgery. In July 2016 , I underwmet hydrocele surgery. Also I have portal veins thrombosis which has resulted in vary cose veins . Due to this prolonged swelling is there in my legs. Please find the reports of Doppler for both the legs. Also what can be done to examine my portal vein thrombosis or portal hypertension condition? Please suggest
