I have prpblem in my digestion from. Last six month nd i hv taken so medicine for that i have to go loo for two or three tines in a day to clear my bowl .. Please help me what should i do . Already taken sl many medicune but No effect and i m doing so many exercise also for that..

I have a problem of acidity all time. Whatever I eat like food it becomes more and after eating my stomach becomes more big while my other body parts are very thin like face hands and legs. But my stomach is very much out it's very fatty. I go to run daily due to this my all body reduced bt my stomach is not much affected.

1. Should I sit in Vazrasan Mudra or take rest on bed after lunch? 2.What is the best posture to sleep for better digestion- leftwards or chest facing ceiling? 3. Should I go for a walk Immediately after dinner or should I sit for few minutes before taking the walk?

Last 15 days i m feeling restlessness .pains in arms and legs (pindli) headache. pain is not heavy .

I m suffer from pcos last 2 yrs now i get my period very delay by 4 to 5 mnths..how can i get rid from this prob..of pcod

My mother suffering from anaemia due to bleeding. CT scan done, report says. There is ill defined heterogeneously enhancing intragastric polypoidal lesion seen in the region of Antrum measuring about 2.5(AP) X 5.0 (TR) X 2.5 ( CC) cms causing mild luminal narrowing. No obvious invasion of the structures noted.

I have had Reflux issue and stomach ulcers for which I underwent Hital Hernia Surgery 3-4 years back. As a result, my ulcers dissappeared and reflux reduced drastically. But I could not eat any spicy food. Now I am getting continued stomach ache irrespective of what I eat...and my stomach has bloated. I was informed that I may have IBS.
