From yesterday evening I am having lower back pain and a pressure on my lower stomach. On Feb I had a ultrasound on lower abdomen which tells I have a bulky uterus. Is this the reason i am having pain now

I am having sliding hiatus hernia and not having confirtable feelings inspite of mainaing all diet suggested by doc.
