My sister Chaitali suffering​ from crohn disease. Is there a cure for crohn's disease? What type of diet required?

My brother had frequent bloody stool and abdominal pain from last 7 days he is under medication But there is no relief of any symptom now he develop fever with chill and rigor. And frequent blood coming from rectum.

My son who is now 2 months old, I could see his belly button kind of swallon.. like d belly button is not pressed in normally how it has to b.. its like it has cum out.. looks lik swallon.. so please tell me wat should i do n is this normal??

Colonoscopy and endoscopy done. Showed Cecal ulcer (amoebic infection) and treated for the same. Still seeing lots of blood in the toilet (with or without stool) Blood test results are normal except for INR- 1.4, lymphocytes- 48, Vit D3- 8.6

Dear sir, 8 months back i had some constipation problem and acidity. I went to the hospital and did tests time endoscopy and sigmaidoscopy, ultrasound scan. The results showed that i have acidity problem and fissure in ano. Ultrasound results are normal. I was undergoing some treatment and now i have a problem of pus coming from my ano during the day time. Currently i dont have acidity problem and also i am able to pass stools without difficulties. Can some of the expert guide me on the medication
