Again its raising.. it comes and goes.. no permanent solution i got so far.. now its paining too much.. any suggestion ?

Hello. Greetings. What is the time when it arises?  Any specific food susbstance that causes it to erupt?  Does it occur only in summers?  Take tab. Daflon 500mg twice a day,  lidocaine LA jelly local application before and after daefecation. Seitz bath twice a day. Thank you!
