Problem in Breathing and swallowing food

Asked for Male, 23 Years

This Problem started 2 months earlier like if i sleep at night and take big breaths my heart pains as if i am giving a load to it, i cant swallow my food properly and i too have breathing issues, I feel bloated or something stuck inside my neck which is taking hard to swallow and breathe both, why so? is there any serious matter,

Hello Swallowing difficulty is a bit of concern. I would suggest you to meet a Gastroenterologist and get an upper GI endoscopy done to r/o any major problem.
