I have this issue from last 3 months, I had consulted a doctor in appolo click he examined me and gave a cream Lingosol and suggested me to take stinth bath using dettol, I continued the treatment for about a month the the problem was OK for the next one month, I go to loo in a standing position now, but the issue again started I am unable to stand or sit should I undergo a surgery now can I cure it naturally

After eating anything i start feeling heavy in my stomach and i frequently go to the washroom. Sometimes i face severe aches in the stomach.

Comes one a month (irregularly). Comes with diarrhea or irritation. After meals stomach feels bloated

I already had a problem of having loose stool always. Yesterday I found blood in my stool. There's not too much blood. Amd the same happened today but the blood was more. However I don't experience any pain at all. What could be the reason for this ? Is this a serious problem ? What medications should I follow ?
