Lesion on liver past 7 years

These is a lesion on my liver, which was discovered accidentally during a health check up in 2009, I never had any symptoms nor do I have any symptoms now, I am a 56 years old male with no habits. All my blood reports were normal in 2016 September. I can even send you the sonography reports. I am not very keen on going for further tests.
