Severe pain abdomen for ten days on and off, no weight loss no blood loss but have loss of appetites

I felt pain near under the blow Section of right chest.it is around 2-3 0months some time it happened some time not

Hello dr..i ws diagonosed wid hbsag positive around 10 yrs before.last month i did a test it came negative .i did not take medicines except 3 mnth glutathione and vit c..all tests are ok..only hbv viral load is 386 iu/ml.pls do tell me wat is d status and how can i eradicate my virus levels completely..can hbsag again become positive ..or my immunity has developed nd it will clear self only..do i need to take medicines..
