Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been having pain abdomen since aweek varying in intensity involving mainly upper abdomen starting from the sides..no fever nausea urinary problems.no associations wd meals.h/ohypothyroidsm&arthritis left knee.on thyroxine 100mcg .had recent tests done that shows aso titre 425 RF negative CRP 9.worried about this high levels. Kindly suggest.

Stomach upset and loose stools immediately 20min after any meal.no pain no tiredness. But this was lasting for 3days.

I donot feel hungry at all and as soon as I eat I feel like gas hitting my stomach. Suffered from 2-3bowel moments a day. After bowel movements my stomach aches.
