Stomach Problems & Remedies

Usually after eating , i used to to get stomach pain and full stomach get tight , i used to fill less hunger and more stomach gas. it happening last 1 year so time i used to suspect pain is related to gastric. Please suggest somthing

I have aniema and vitamin D and iron Deficiency. I took medicine for that but it didn't suit me. I also had iron injection. But now I have excessive gas problem . My stomach often get bloated with gas.
