Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have constipation since around a year. From past one month, whenever I go to clean my stomach, blood comes along with stool every time. Although the blood is not very much, but it is always there. There is no pain at all in anything. I have tried things like Hajmola, Hingoli, Pet Safa, etc. but all these only increase the blood. Fruits help me.

Gastric, burning sensation in rib cage line lower chest. Feeling stomach filled. Burping.this has been there for two weeks. Consulates ayurvedic dr he suggested constipation. Somewhat releived. For bring and mild pain still there near left rib area

Stomach pain after certain intervalof days happens for last 3 years. After diagnosis it is found that some nodes are there.

My intestine stretch like anything at waist part on left hand side with inflammation and pain after using washroom for first time in morning and at midnight after dinner n is unbearable, daily have to use washroom twice or thrice to clear my stomach, constipation is always there in my stomach, always feel very heavy at left hand side of stomach.

My food is not getting properly digested and i have stomach pain also i have done some test :- LFT,serum renal profile(without urine),serum and complete blood count,EDTA In which LFT shows that i have bilirubin(total) 1.5 and Urea,serum 15.0 and RBC count 5.91 please tell me what these means and what should i do.
