Stomach Problems & Remedies

From past 5days I am facing stomach ache every an hour or 2 hours , when I feel my stomach is paining if I drink water or I went to bathroom, stomach will go off again after an hour it will come again.

Sir from the last 3 mnths i am facing a lot of digestion problems like bloating; acidity, non clearance of bowel etc. But from the last 7 days i am nt being able to pass the stool smoothly. Aftr a lot of pressure very little stool is passd. I am goibgbthrough a lot of agony. There is no pain as such in stomach only feel bloated smtimes. Pls suggst.

I've been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis last year and took medication for 6 months and more. After that I stopped medicines as i was feeling good. Recently I've been feeling stomach cramps and sometimes it bleeds from rectum and also mucus discharge is heavy. I cannot find the medicine nearby which I used to take. Can you suggest alternatives.

Aching stomach always,and latrine is loose,by 6 months.somtimes it very acute and sometimes low. digestion is well.
