Gastric attacks, low BP, heavy chestpain
I have consulted few doctors on this issue, they recommended to use Pan 40 and a course of calcium and vitamin tablets.
The major problem I am facing is with food, can you recommend what should I eat, the only thing I am able to eat is white rice and a bit of salt added to it, apart from this if I consume any food I face extreme chest pain.

Frequent bowel movements
I am suffering from frequent bowel movements since past one year. Gastric trouble was there since 4 years . I usually drink 1 litre water on empty stomach. But since past 1 year even that is not helping. I have urgency for bathroom atleast twice daily. Sometimes worse 4 or 5 times.Whenever food that i take gets digested, i will have urgency for bathroom. Things get worse if i eat fried foods or spicy foods. And formation of gas is extreme. Stools will not be loose but occasionally mucous. Buttermilk would give temporary relief. This is causing serious problem in my work life and while traveling. Lopermaide hydrochloride tablet gives relief whenever things get worse. Please suggest.

We have consulted many doctors and they are diagnosing him for acidity. Now he is not vomitting but he has that nausea feel once he started sleep. After a minute he get into sleep or close his eyes he is getting bthay nausea feel. I am really worried and wondering why he is getting nausea feel and he is struggling to breath for a minute at least. I have asked this question many doctors but they don't have answer. Only answer is stomach infection. Can someone please explain me clearly about this? I couldn't see him while he doing like that. Feel like crying. Literally he is struggling to sleep.
