Hello doctor I am 33yrs man who is suffering from stomach pain indigestion weight loss and n weaknesses joint pain with weight loss.if severe stomach pain I get blood while face wash in the morning please I am not normal

In morning not clear my stool.and also stool type is lose.and after finish my food is also irritated from stomach and small intestine portion.also loose my weight about 12 kg in last 20 months.after finish my lunch or dinner it is also irritate in upper abdomen mainly in left side.I also tested colonoscopy,endoscopy,CT enteroclysis,and many blood.

I was having fever vomiting. Till then stool was ok, when i got rid of all these i am on liquid diet ex milk juice and all so my stool turns white

I have indigestion problem every time whatever we eat it cannot be digested i feel tired and drowsy.

Stomach pain worst after eating anything since from last from more than one year. CT scan, endoscopy is normal Still pain is same

Excessive gas problem: Some time gas move to my chest, left arm, left leg, and Shit comes very lately or in small amount, and some time i feel like Gas is moving up and down constantly in my left lag...if you can suggest me some solution..it will be grateful...waiting for your answer..
