Recenty an endoscopy is done to me in that report the conclusion was Anternal predominant gastritis H pylori infection. Can you please explain me about this and is this related to any ulcer

My mother is 42 years old...she was suffering from recurrent vomiting with epigastric pain since 7 month...I have been diagnosed all the test i.e endoscopy,ct of whole abdomen,M.R.I...but all test results are normal... The pain is not exact pain it was a thing that my mom can't stay calm...it's an unusual I have ever seen. Please help me...

These deases are becoming since six year ,i have got treat to several doctors but i did not get benifit.please sugges me for better treatment.

Even when I am not hungry, my stomach makes loud noises. Even after meals, there is discomfort. My motions are fine and I don't suffer from any other problem. There is bloating and uneasiness. My grandfather suffering from diabetes from last 15 years and his dialysis is also going on but from last 5 days doctor said that now stop coming here for dialysis now dialysis can't do anything do all types of care at home only and today he is vomiting with dark red or brown color and around 5times from morning and he is not eating anything from 12days and only small amount of water and milk he is taking...sir so please tell me what can I do My grandfather age is 84
