I have attached my dad report and as per report every thing is showing negative.. i want to know what the actual disease and cure for it. please suggest

My son 14 months have loose motion .can I use sporlac powder with milk..i had given whether it is useful

Having some bloating feeling in the abdomen no motions or vomiting sensation sometimes feeling uneasy not able to eat much

Doc, I'm 25 & going to bathroom once in 2-3 days since 2-3 months. Whenever I go to bathroom there r bloods. Bt these days it has become worse I can't even poop bcoz of the pain. I'm doing everything that I can do like eating fibrous foods, taking Isabgol, drinking lots of water, but there is no improvement. What should I do now to be regular?

I have burning sensation and acidity in stomach . After and before food taken these problem still on.
