I am not sure if this is a normal stool and if i have mucus in my stool or a bug ? I have had herrmoids before

Doctor since 2-3 weeks my stomach is not so good becuse it feels very tight and having pain sometime. I got medicine for digestive problem but it didn't work. Yesterday I had Ayurdevic powder Trifala and today I am having some loose motions . Is that ok or I need to do some tests and consult a doctor.

I have been prescribed with cefuroxime 500 for furnunclosis along with PAN D and a probiotic tablet (E DOX DT). I have been having breathlessness for the past 2 days along with bloating. i have been lot of digestive issues after this cefuroxime. if i discontinue this bloating reduces to good extent. kindly help me with this.

I have been sufeering from,burn in my food pipe.whenever or sometimes its like something stoping my food to go to stomach..i feel like gas is coming up..as gas passe its okk,this happens when i eat more food.
