Frequent indigestion
I am suffering from frequent indigestion. Almost every day I need to have a PPI or digestive tablet. I have anxiety disorder. I was depressed almost a year ago and had antidepressants for almost 9 months. But the problem is severe indigestion occurs sometimes, with fever, chills, pain in legs, loose or constipated stool. I love to eat, and eat in restaurants also, but not even once a week. Our home made food is very light and cooked with little oil. I wanna know if this indigestion problem has anything related to my depression or anxiety?

According to your history, this might be IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) for which etiology is unknown. But stress, insomnia, depressions etc are the various trigger factors. I would suggest pre and pro bitoics would help also with some mood elevators with alternative measure for relieving stress and depression. Hope this would help if taken for a longer time. Need to learn more from you to reach a concrete diagnosis. Thanks
