I am suffering from hytus hernia from last three years.now i am having chest pain.i have taken ayurvedic medicine,but no relief

This is the first time i am facing this problem.i had blood while doing letrine.is it piles? Should i avoid meat n chicken now in my diet?

I have been facing acidity since last six months & lost weight upto 10 kg. I feel nausea every day & vomitting thrice a month. I am having mouth sores continuosly & not able to eat food. I lost appetite, facing indigestion & constipation.

Burning sensation after passing stool. Happened twice last week. Stool ok. After eating some spicy food.

I have regular stomach issues. Acidity and reflux is something I have been living with for a while. In the past, there has also been rectal bleeding once in a while and stools at times are darker or may contain blood even now. Lately, there is transparent discharge as well. I have constipation as well and have cramps and lots of gas. Please assist.
