Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi I am 36 year old and from last two days i am seeing small amount of blood in my stool. Two years before i was had a problem of piles but it was treated using life style changes.

When I get food after some time I want to go toilet.And first gas forms in my stomach.while going motion it smell badly.This starts before one week.so pls doctor can you tell me what is the problem and what to do

I have cheast fat and i am realy confuse that it is normal chest fat or gyno ...i start Gyming and there is slight change in shape of my chest area ...but it is still puffy ...i dont have any pain in my chest area ...

Having loose motions from yesterday morning and feeling lost of appetite. Also feeling weak and stools are very watery. Been to toilet around 20 times since yesterday.

I have constant semi loose or loose stool from 3-4 months Stool colour is light yellow There are few many person have problem like me in my area When taking metronidazole it becomes good but light yellow colour persist But after some day it occurs again

I am having stomach ache since morning and loose motion. Yesterday morning I didn't had breakfast directly had lunch at 3 pm. Till then I was starving and had gas. Now I am having gas an stomach ache

From the last 1 yr, i lost 5-6kg's of my wght due to digestive problem(may b)... motion is not clr in the morning, took more time in washroom.. and having motion atleast 2 times a day,, nutrients is not getting absorbed as am taking a healthy diet but no improvement is seen.... may b due to my frequent motion resulting in reduction of my wght

Having pain in my stomach Nd not able to digest anything Nd neither able to eat due to which the gastric problem has increased

10 times farting in day and require to go toilet 3 times at least. feel constipation issue. I drink 3 litres of water every day still little bit problem exists,

Are evion Lc and evion 200/400 same? Because after having evion Lc I feel little depressed. And I also had a problem of medical depression before. Can I switch to evion 200/400 instead of having evion Lc for fatty liver situation.
