Stomach Problems & Remedies

I couldn't sleep the last night... Am on medication for back pain.. Since yesterday mrng I am suffering from stomach ache and gastric problem...  Yesterday doctor gave me medicine for flushing out small renal stones...I took tablets and syrup.. I couldn't sleep whole ni8.. I didn't have this complaint till day before yesterday... Donno whether I can take fiber food for my daily diet or not.. And need to know why is this happening.. All of a sudden... I just had home made food.. Sangati  curd and dal

I have practically never been able to burp. Even after carbonated drinks, eno, or over eating, I feel like something coming up my oesophagus, but I PHYSICALLY CAN'T BURP. I am certain, its a burp waiting to come out, but for some reason, it just doesn't. Instead there are gurgling noises that come out, leaving me uncomfortable for long periods of time. Anyone with any assistance would be really appreciated. Thankyou
