Not able to pass stools?

I experienced vomitting and upset stomach 7 days back.we went to doc he gave me emcet and some antacids.i was constiapted for 5 days passed some hard stool very less in quantity.then on 6th day my stomach hirted so much even my pelvis hirted.i was sweating. i was given painkillers injection felt no relief until i pooped.poop felt stuck.
