How could I reduce this please help me kindly give me the right treatment so that I can be normal I have severe gas

I'm on holiday and must have eaten something I shouldn't, which has caused sickness and diarrhoea. I was being sick every hour about 6/7 times, but that seems to have stopped(I do still feel sick though) how long is the diarrhoea anc nausea likely to last?

I have Very severe Constipation from 2-3 Months.It is is like one big stool stoping that thing.It is like sonmthing is tight.hole is like full closed.No blood.No pain.but never had that morning work from 4-5 days. I am very afraid.

I am not able to eat food properly, full of gastric problem, always i feel stomach is fully occupied by gas, vomiting sensation is high and even that effects my other parts of body like urine bladder is pressured tempting to pass urine urgent and frequent.. constipation problem is very severe

Food is difficult to eat. It appears as if it gets stuck in stomach from inside. I feel like stomach is swelling a bit from within. There is no severe pain. Belly is also bulging out a bit. Throat pains a little like it does during tonsils.

I have pain in lower abdominal in right side. It is not continous but almost occur in night which lasts for a short time

There's a really hard piece of stool that I can't pass and it hurts a lot in my anus,the stool is right at the tip and just won't pass,I have tried 3 times and now even slight pressure is causing too much pain.

I get nauseous and car sick while I lay on my stomach, it began last night before bed I was laying on my stomach playing a game and got super nauseous and then it didnt go away for a half hour and again today while laying on my stomach on the beach

I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my stomach everyday as routine in morning since last few weeks. It's there for an hour or so and then fades out. I believe it has resulted due to gas because of my food habits of having the first meal post 12 and then another late night. It's due to my hectic schedule. Pls suggest what to do. I'm in pain right now and want to know how can I feel relief.

When I drink a very small amount of alcoholic beverages, say no more than 4 fl oz, I get bad stomach cramps and diarrhea almost immediately. Could this be an allergy? Should I avoid drinking?
