Feeling burning sensation in stomach and body , Pls help which medicine I need to take for lack of vitamin D

Swelling in side of bellybutton last 2months no pain,while lying no swell or feel consulted general physician he given some tab and ointment but no improvement

I am 59 yrs old. I having this problem since 6 months now. I am not getting motion for 3 - 4 days. And gettinv regular burps.

I am suffering from hytus hernia from last three years.now i am having chest pain.i have taken ayurvedic medicine,but no relief

This is the first time i am facing this problem.i had blood while doing letrine.is it piles? Should i avoid meat n chicken now in my diet?

I am getting short chest pain on my left and burps coming out. This started for the least 2-3 weeks. I have acidity and burping issue for couple of years now. What should I do?
