Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have loose motions and gastric problems, one week back I had loose motions and took Eldopher capsual, it was normal. Again since yesterday motions started and gastric problem, getting gas from mouth. I feel it is due to digestion problem. Today also loose motions happening so far three times. Kindly suggest right tablets.

Blood with stool, urge to go multiple times still feeling not clear , narrow stool. Help me and suggest the name of stool test if I need.

Off late I have a feeling of something stuck in my throat. have chronic acidity and gas. had an endoscopy done. it was diagonised as GERD. now have a feeling of something stuck in my throat. swallowing not a problem. no pain Doctor recomended Pantakind flux. taking since 1.5 months. not much helpful. please advise

I've had constipation for so long as I remember. I'm 27 years of age, 5'11" but I weigh only 45 at the moment. My max weight has never gone above 50. I can't pass stool sometimes for a whole week. I don't have any habits like tobacco or alcohol.

I am not able to stop the PPI. The moment I stop, the symptoms are back in a day or two. I am losing my mind and need help to see how to get rid of the PPI meds and find a cure to GERD. Please help.
