Spin pain and stomach issue
Have had little upset stomach since 3 days. Last night when I got up at 3 to get milk for my baby, suddenly felt empty near my chest and felt like will fall from weakness. Also have pain in my back could be spin issue. Light headed as dizzy.

You are lactating mother so please take nutrition properly. It's weakness that is affecting your life. Good diet and proper rest will help you
