Hello. Very Good afternoon. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. As far as liver function is concerned, your liver enzymes are elevated and moreover your gamma gt is very high which is so much elevated in alcoholics and your report suggest Hepatitis means inflammation of the liver. One more things you can also have a Ultrasound Whole abdomen and ask radiologist to tell you about liver. And you lipid profile is mildly deranged which can be corrected by diet and exercises. Please don't take unnecessary stress and stop worrying. This liver condition is reversible and with proper treatment, liver enzymes come to normal. If you take alcohol, stop it immediately and avoid fatty and outside food. Get a abdominal scan done. If you are satisfied, you can consult me. Take care and good luck and have a hasty recovery.
