Helo dr. Last 3 days back all of sudden I felt giddiness,and weakness in my body with vomiting sensation and salty feeling in my mouth ..I can feel that something is happening in my stomach. But dono how to explain what exactly is ..had curd rice later and didn't took it serious and again yesterday the same problem arises. Pls suggest what to do.
