My back is suddenly... it stops for a while a d again starts... and it pains very severely when it starts paining..

Its been 3 days and i have this bleeding issue while passing stool. I had fever and headache too. But now i have no headache and fever but still i can see 10-11 drops of blood while passing stool. Please help

I had my gall bladder removed 6 weeks ago laproscopically. I m taking low fat diet, no problem till now. As you can see in my report there is fatty changes in my liver and it is enlarged in size 16.4cm. My surgeon didn't tell me anything about it. I just want to know the extent of this problem and is it worrisome. How do i take care of my liver to reverse fatty changes? Things i should eat or not eat. Should i take any liver tonic? If yes then recommend some. I am not taking any medicine currently. Lastly i want to ask can i take alcohol now in moderate quantity and occasionally. 23 male 5.10 ,87 kg, no sugar, bp or anything.
