Stomach Problems & Remedies

1. Hi I take full lunch at 10 am ,rice, sabji and till night I dont feel hungry ,stomach is always blunt and full even after drinking sufficient water, some times I get headache and quite frequently blood comes out while passing stool, not so much pain , but whie seating I expereince little pain from anus

I have been facing problem of constipation from many but from 2to 3 day I not getting pressure to release faecal matter so I m feeling uneasy

Stool is normal but i felt difficulty to pass it and its bleed in right blood color after passing the stool. I have pain from the rectal area. Im suffering for one month.

As i eat i have to move for urination. As i intake food and within 10 min i have to move for outburst. I move to urination for min 4 time a day. Not gaining any energy. Alwys in fatigue state. Body weight going down. Even b.p. also goes down oftenly to 95/65

So I had a really bad day havnt slept in 22 hours and had a couple full panic attacks today. I was having a cigerate and got naucous .... I held back from being sick and all of a sudden my stomach made an insanely loud gurggle noise and I felt like bubbles. And a little bit thick flem came up my throat too. Now feels full swollen and filling

Since morning a sudden pain started in right abdominal. Continuously paining and any moment causing more pain

Hi.. i haf throat infection, cold, fever and consulted a general physician on Aug 7th. He prescribed me (azure 250g, pan-d & mendeh LC spelling may be wrong as I could not understand doctor's handwriting) medications for 5 days. I stopped them on Aug 11th. During the course of medication I used to mild diarrhoea (most of the times). After stopping it for 2-3 days bowels were loose solid. After that for past 7 days am having almost watery bowels for minimum 2 time to max 3 times a day. I read on internet abt antibiotics induced diarrhoea and so stopped taking milk and wheat for past 2 days. No change yet. I don't have pain but when it at that time the urge is more that I have to run to the toilet. It comes out with a sound. Should I immediately consult doctor or give it some more time?

My stomach pains sometimes , n it Becomes hard after eating food usually, nowadays I am observing that my stomach swells on right hand side . It pain's when I press it.

Since a week I am suffering from digestive problem. Since a week my stomach not get cleared and now it feels like my stomach became completely solid like rock. Due to this all feeling irritating and not fresh which leads to headache. what should I do please help me to get out of this

I have stomach upset frequently and stomach pains sometimes while passing stools. Also sometimes feel cramps in stomach
