I've been having right side upper abdomen pain & pain near diaphragm...suspected a liver enlargement....six months back I was diagnosed with liver having size of 14.8 cm...and moderate spleenomegaly.

I suffered from abdominal pain and admitted to hospital. I was diagnosed with Acute Pancreatitis in CT scan. However there was no cause to be found, I did not have gall stone and neither do I drink alcohol. Now I am symptom free and he has only prescribed pan 40. Dr has suggested for CA19.9 and IgG4 test. Does my symptom has any relationship with pancreatic cancer. My CT scan doesn't have any hint of tumour or anything. Please suggest.

On ultrasound dr told that I am having a subacute appendicitis with appendicolith ...diameter of appendix is 6 mm ...minimal fluid in rif dilated bowel loops with sluggish peristalsis...wil I have to operate..plz suggest me what to do

Respected sir/mada.i have been facing acidity gastric problem since a year.8months back I used to get chest pain regularly. Took ECG many times and doctor said its because of gastric. After a month I started getting regular headache. Doctor said because if gastric it happens. And now i feel dizziness and stomach gets filled with gas. Please advise.

Hi, I have a burning sensation in my lower left abdomen and and i believe I saw pinworms in my stool. I took Combantrin instantly, after that I felt the pain go away and I got an itchy anus. I did a blood test and stool test 2 days after taking medication, however both are negative. Should I redo the test? should I just wait and see what happens?
