  4. PAIN AFTER DEFECATION. Of this problem!

PAIN AFTER DEFECATION
From last 8 months I am feeling pain in anus region after 2 hrs of defecation and it lasts for an hour with feeling of swelling and discomfort of itchiness . all blood tests and endoscopy ulttasonography carried out . all results are normal . the area goes dry and pains like a broken glass stuck inside. how do I get rid of this problem

probably you have anal fissure better go for sigmoidoscopy
