My bilirubin total is 2.4mg/dl

After doing some blood test found report for bilirubin total 2.4mg/DL where direct bilirubin is 0.8mg/DL and indirect bilirubin 1.6 mg/DL.but I don't have any symptoms like yellow in my eyes or skin.

Reflux, not gaining weigh
My lo is 55 days, her birth weight is 2.850 with 55 days she is 3.850. After each feed she burps & takes the milk out. My pead has prescribed Domstal. But still not stpped puking, not sure when she will stop puking & gain weight

Sharp pain in lower right abdomine
I was diagnosed with a mild hernia (belly button) in June. I've been getting worse with that pain but also now can't pass gas, have a bowel movement, eat/drink, acid reflux, any activities make me hurt. And I'm experiencing severe pain in my left shoulder and right side now. I'm vomiting as well with nausea and dizziness. No primary dr atm.

May have swallowed wire bristles
My family just ate grilled chicken and then found wire bristles from the grill brush in the food. None of us has experienced any pain in our mouth/throats, or stomachs. Should we be worried about the potential that we may have swallowed them?

Loose motion for 5 days
