4 years child with tchd not putting on weight. Malabsorption issues. Frequent diarrhea. Not gaining much weight.

I had cold.Took Cetrine for 4 days. Den got the gas problem. I never used to have this high . It has become too much. Before I go for loose tools, only gas comes out. It has been 15 days. I thought it wud go away naturally. Now, another prob is my stomach is making diff sounds. Like its not able to digest anything.I had slight loose motion just now

I have pain on the left side of my stomach and sometimes till the pelvis , ( pain is not continuous but intermittent ) I have feeling of bloated stomach and belching . do I need see a doctor immediately . I saw a doctor recently she told me there is a tear in the uterine wall and gave some antibiotics but they don't seem to work ! Please advice

Please HELP.

I think there is something extra skin like in anus opening it comes out while excretion. And i have to push it inside after completing

My ultrasound report shows 3galstones of size 9mm,9mm,11mm.can I remove gallstone with operation?if yes is it purely curable?
