My son 9 yrs wt 30 kg , feeling abdominal pain and loose motion. History of portal hypertension. Suggest medicines.

In my stool pua 2-4 & veg cell is scanty. Mucus, ob, RBC, blood are absent. What does it mean? All blood reports are normal and haemoglobin is 10.8 and haematogram gram is 32.3. I am feeling pain in stomach and after motion I feel good
