Having stomach ache on left lower abdomen post eating some street food last weekend... The pain ain't too strong but subtle cramps which become prominent as i get up or move around or if i press the lower left area (slight to center) of the abdomen

I get abdominal pain on the left side which stays continuously for 3-4 or sometimes for a week. Pain wil b such that I hav 2 sleep in one position otherwise it aggrevates. I get this pain every month and become very helpless because of the pain. Motion 4 Occult blood test is negative. Doesnt understand whom 2 consult? Please help
