Hello,
I am feeling mild pain/ kind of heavines in upper stomach at centre just below the chest. Also having some pain on left side of abdomin. Please suggest what could be the reason.

Accidently discovered about 8/9 months back. Till today have never felt and discomfort or pain. I dont want to go for surgery if there is no pain.
