Actually I am from Alwar , Rajasthan and came to Dehradun on 15 Jan ,2018 for studying and I am not able to get out the solid waste early morning and this is creating a havoc in my life so what is the solution behind it

I am suffering from pain in chest bone. sometime it makes very uncomfortable and some time it is normal. Please suggest what should I do.

Today I had razo d & gelusil but again sensation of burning, got some relief when I chew gelusil but again feeling burning sensation

Sir, I have been diagnosed with fatty liver grade 3. my sugar level is normal.atfirst I consulted a local doctor. he prescribed sorbidol300, statorf. recently I consulted a gastro specialist. he advised me to take sorbidol150 and rosumac10. which prescription should I follow? is sorbidol150 enough fr grade3?

54F,ht-5 feet 1 inch,wt-62kgs,BMI-26.I had lap chole 4 months ago.I had 2 gallbladder attack.At that time Dr found 2 big gallstones.I had 16000 wbc with 86% neutrophils and 12% lymphocytes.USG found 2 big gallstones & hepatomegaly 18.8 cm with diffuse fatty changes.No  focal lesions are seen.There is no intra/extrahepatic dilation biliary radicals.Other organs were normal size & no ascites.I did LFT,amylase,lipase,GGT,hepatitis B & C,HIV,CXR-all normal.In blood test i have normal hemoglobin & platelets.Only WBC is high.P-time was normal & ESR was 19.After lap chole Drs sent the gallbladder for biopsy.Biopsy was benign,it mentioned both chronic & acute cholecysticis.Drs told me that the leukocytosis is due to some gallbladder infection & inflammation.I have taken advice of another doctor.Both the gastro surgeon & the next doctor have not prescribed any medicine for hepatomegaly.My query is what is the cause of 18.8 cm liver.I have seen on Internet that normal liver size is 15 or 16 cm.

I have very bad epigastric cramps bloating mucus feeling of loose motion. 5 to 7 times a day bowel movement specially in morning always. Many medicine taken but nothing improved from 1 year. What can I do please suggest
