Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am 34yrs old/M suffering from Acid Reflux (Esophagus Ulcer). I am undergoing treatment from last 2 months and as per my doctor there is no need of surgery. My condition is much better but not sure how long it will take to recover fully. I am on following medicines from last 2 months 1. Ranitidine & Domperidone 2. Amlodipine besylate atenolol (1/2 mor/eve) 3. Lantac As per doc, my valve is 70-75% fine as earlier it was open. I am concerned about side effects of these medicines

Whenever i eat some thing spicy or junk food; i face severe vomiting issue.

After defacation I feel itching sometimes. If I start scratching by inserting my finger vigorously i can see blood in my finger. While there is no blood in stool or while pooping. Is this something to be serious or it is the result of my scratching. What should I do nd don't..

My sonography report shows Gall bladder is well distended sludge noted with thicker wall measures 5 mm no calculus seen,no pericholecystic fluid collection seen. So , I required urgent surgery for gb removal or it can be cure by medicines.
