Vomiting sensation frequently getting hungry but Not able to eat because of vomit. Can u say me the remedies for this.

I've been recently diagnosed with fatty liver! Earlier(2.5months ago) i had dengue after two week of recovery i ate something 2-3 days old! And started vomiting after almost every meal! But after taking medication by my family doctor vomiting stopped! But earlier (1month ago)i didn't had any pain in my stomach now i have pain in my stomach and sometimes in my chest area! So doctor prescribed medication for gas!! But after the course of medication! Pain didn't stopped in my stomach and upper back! So doctor told me to get an ultrasound in which fatty liver grade 1 can be seen! So i wanted to know that is it related to dengue? Or is it something else!
