My sgpt level is 149u/l and sgot is 89u/l with bilirubin and biliverdin in normal range...is my infection chronic ?

After defecation my stool form is black jelly type. Sometimes its green and sometimes normal yellow form. But most of stool color is black. And sometimes i had constipation. I dont know what happens with me. I feel tired whole day and my weight also decrease.or i have also constant lower back pain. Please tell me what is the cause of my problems.

I have had a low grade fever for almost 2 weeks now. (99.3-99.8) I've also had bowel problems, sharp pains come and go on my right side, to the point I couldn't move but after laying still, the pain eased. I've had body ache and chills at times. Since my gallbladder removal in Aug 2016, I have felt very full and like a brick right above my belly button. This pain has been more severe. Stool samples came back negative. The fever worries me. I'm not sure what my next step should be.
