My husband has gall bladder polyp as 3.5mm in February 2 2016. Till now he didn't do any ultrasound scanning. Now he is ok. No pain. Now we have to go another scanning?

My endoscopy report says i am diagnosed for GERD with LAX Hiatus with antral gastritis. I was prescribed Nexpro HP kit for 7 days. I am very much relieved with heartburn and other symptoms but do feel it sometimes. Any further treatment required?? Is surgery required for LAX Hiatus? Please advise!!
