Stomach Problems & Remedies

My age is 29..i am having chest pain for last 3 years... 2015 took one ECG no issues.. After 2016 took one ECG and no issues.. Last 8 months, getting these pain very frequently... During these period took 7 time ECG s... Specifically more in last 2 month... 6 months gap 2 Echo and TMT done.. Both are normal... But frequently getting pain.. Pain has in left chest multiple positions.. Sharp pinching in pin... Some pressure on chest burning in chest.. And neck pain and left hand pain, shoulder pain.. Some time stomach pain, left chest pain burning and left hip also paining some time... Since heart tests are normal I checking whether gas problem or Gerd... Please diagnose and help... This pain making more fear.. Whenever getting pain feeling like heart attack.. So very fear... And I am having trouble from my 15th...occasionally.. This is history sir..

Hi doctor my liver size is15.2 cm and my problem is gas in stomach and not clear my stomach bowel wall is thickened and distended with gases.

I'm having gastric problems and stomach pain severely...so if I drink lots of water daily,will it reduce?

Hello Doctors, from past one week I'm facing excessive gastric problem after eating. My stomach keeps making these rumbling noises and there is always a need to pass gas or use washroom. Sometimes it makes me feel so full. I'm scared this might be something serious. I'm on a regular healthy diet and do not eat any junk food. I do not have any abdominal pains as such, but just the gastric problem in excess.

I'm just of 17 but in this age I have all the symptoms of gastric problem , as I finish eating it mostly happens that I feel like that burp is coming n I try to burp but Im seeing problem in taking burp , and after that gas problem gets start , n stomach pain , I feel like vomiting n after some time min. Half an hour a painful burp I'll take , n soundable too ...... After eating some make noise like empty stomach but after eating .....

Biopsy Report says.. Section shows fragments of colonic mucosa with ulceration of epithilium. The lamina propria shows dense and diffuse acute on chronic inflammatory infiltrate mainly neutrophils, eosinophils with lymphocytes along with congested blood vessels and small foci of hemorrhage. No deeper tissue is included in present study. There is no evidence of granuloma, dysplasia or malignancy in the section examined Impression: Histology is suggestive of Ulceroinflammatory lesion of colon. Kindly co relate clinically. Which meds can cure it completely.

I am used to  stomach burn in the upper region with ozzing sound even after eating .every now and then.and one more question can gastritis be chronic?

I am suffering from digestive and gastic prolem .last 2 years can you help me what can i do to take a feel relief in those problems...

I have burning sensation in my chest similar to acidity each night with collection of saliva and swallowing. Should I go in for angiography ??
