Having extremely painful external piles not able to sit after bowel movements and pain & discomfort continues d whole day.. Suffering since 2 months after delivering baby.. Had consulted many physician dey adviced operation..plz advice.thanku

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath. feel free to ask any further quary.
