Been constipated fpr a couple of days, i have a bottle of 500mg pf magnesium oxide laxatives, took 2 at once but is it safe for me to do that?

Hi I am having constipation and gastric issue from last two year . Some time I feel better other days it again problematic. Could you please advise what is the permanent cure ?

I ate chicken bones last night. And now i am felling a bit constipated , appetite seemed to have reduced and feeling of fullness .

I eat normally very less oily food whenever I eat little oily food I feel bloated why and do not digest the food
