Stomach Problems & Remedies

From few days I have been suffering from stomach pain on lower right side, if I eat or drink water/juice it get relief say 1 to 3 hours and again pain starts. My urinate is very free, no smell and no discomfort. I am non smoker and non drinker. From feb 18 due to some problems my dinner is getting late say around 10.30 to 11 pm Please advise me on next step Thanks in advance

Hi mam I am saicharan last 12days back blood was came in motion then I was start taking plenty of water and fruits and less food it's better there is a no pain) today I was gone to bathroom same position blood was came what was the case mam

Slight acidity always after eating, bloating of stomach and excess saliva build up in mouth which results in difficulty during speech. Happening since last 6 months on and off after stopping keto diet.

Taking Rabeprazole 20 mg (1 0 1) for past one year to stop burning of stomach. Symptom is relieves while taking tablets. But problem resumes if stop taking medicine. Can I continue this medicine ?
