Experiencing heavy pain In my left shoulder and upper chest. Have acid reflux too. Upper stomach irritation. The pain is radiating. When I consume water I am having acid reflux. I have taken pan d tablet and had eno twice. But the gas is not releasing. I have experienced shuch a pain before because of gas on 1st of January. The pain stayed for half a day. This is the second attack after that.

Recently had burning sensation and gastric issue in stomach. Also, my reports show yeast cells in Urine. Now i have abdomen swelling on upper left abdomen and left side of back is also facing mild pain. Kindly advise.

My wife had undergone pituitary tumor surgery 3 years back...Her blood report says her b12 is 927 and hemoglobin is 10 and pcv is 31.
