Facing loose watery motion since yesterday. Took noroflox TX 400. Frequency has reduced but motion is watery with gas.

I am taking aciloc (ranitidine150)300mg 2b.D after meals. Is ranitidine Anta acid. But doctor tell it's not.

I am not able to clear my stomach at the first time and in intervals motion comes like i have to go 3-4 times in toilet and still my stomach pains not very much but little .. What should i do?
